Werkstudent Client Service (m/w/d)
 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Privatkunden (telefonisch und schriftlich): Koordination der Kundenanliegen und Beantwortung aller Fragen von Kundenseite.
  • Du pflegst unsere digitale Customer Service Plattform für Neu- und Bestandskunden mithilfe folgender systembasierter Tools: Salesforce, Confluence, Jira und Litmus.
  • Im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung verantwortest du die Erstellung von html-basierten Templates über Litmus und übernimmst Prozessvisualisierungen über Figma und Lucid.
  • Du arbeitest beim Testing der App mit in Bezug auf die Anpassungen der Produkte und Services.
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei kundenrelevanten Anfragen und verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um reibungslos Abläufe zu gewährleisten.

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Du befindest dich in den letzten Jahren deines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums mit einem akademischen Abschluss in den Bereichen Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Informationstechnologien oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Finanzinstrumente.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für neue Technologien.
  • Gute Beherrschung von Excel und anderen MS-Office-Programmen.
  • Du bist in der Lage und bereit, sowohl selbstständig als auch kooperativ im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Du bist ein unabhängiger Denker mit einem guten ökonomischen Gespür und willst Teil eines positiven Teams mit einer "can-do" Einstellung sein.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift), fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erwünscht.
