Client Relationship Manager:in (m/w/d)

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören: Eigenverantwortlicher Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, effiziente Lösung von Kundenanfragen, Beratung zu einer Reihe von Anlagedienstleistungen, die auf vermögende Privatkunden zugeschnitten sind, Entwicklung eines starken Verständnisses für unser Angebot und proaktive Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit Vermittlern und potenziellen Kunden.

Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Pflege und Entwicklung bestehender Kundenportfolios auf der Basis unserer technologiegestützten Lösungen
  • Akquisition von neuen Zielkunden durch Konvertieren von Empfehlungen aus dem internen Serafin-Marketing und Serafin-Netzwerk
  • Eigenverantwortliche Koordination von Vertriebsaktivitäten auf dem zugewiesenen Kundenportfolio
  • Kombination von Kundenbeziehungsmanagement mit ausgezeichneten Beratungsfähigkeiten, um eine wertvolle Verbindung zu den Kunden aufzubauen
  • Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Investments und Portfoliomanagement für optimale und effektive Kundenergebnisse.

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Wealth Management-Rolle innerhalb einer regulierten Vermögensverwaltung oder Bank
  • Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz im Management von Kundenportfolios und der Konvertierung von Empfehlungen
  • Fähigkeit, interne und externe Netzwerke aufzubauen und zu nutzen, um neue Vertriebsopportunitäten zu generieren und umzuwandeln
  • Vertraut mit liquiden Kapitalanlagen sowie den Trends und der Produktlandschaft in der Vermögensanlage
  • Erfahrungen in der Betreuung anspruchsvoller Kundenbeziehungen
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Anwendung von CRM-Programmen (z.B. Salesforce).
